High-quality stainless steel twin-scroll manifold engineered for the Mercedes-Benz OM606. Built to offer durability, heat resistance, and strong turbo response, it delivers the strength of a cast manifold with the visual appeal and corrosion resistance of stainless steel. Compact but highly capable, it supports large turbo setups while retaining reliable fitment in tight engine bays.

Turbo Compatibility

• Standard T3 flange, plus additional mounting holes for T4-size turbos

• Supports larger turbochargers commonly used on OM606 builds, including:

  • Holset HE351 (shown installed in photos)

  • Holset HX35 (shown on a W210 installation)

Designed for high-power diesel performance, fast spool, and optimized divided scroll performance.

Sensor & Monitoring Ports

Two thick-walled sensor bungs located under the manifold, one at each end, suitable for:

• EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) probes

• EGP (Exhaust Gas Pressure) sensors

• Other monitoring requirements common for high-boost diesel builds

Factory positioning offers easy access without exhaust leakage risk.

Wastegate Port Compatibility

Precision wastegate outlet fits the most commonly used 44–46 mm external gates:

• Tial 44 mm

• Turbosmart 45 mm

• Precision 46 mm

Optimal wastegate placement ensures consistent boost control for both high-boost and street-driven setups.
